Nomad Restaurant at Mar Menor Resort
Influenced by North Africa and southern Spain, the Nomad restaurant is like an adventurous traveler exploring new horizons but never letting loose the ties to home. The open kitchen prepares and serves delicious dishes of grilled baby squid with roast vegetable Escalibada, a typical Catalonian dish of thinly sliced and roasted vegetables and added chive oil. Nomad presents the most appetising braised lamb shank with steamed couscous and sweet Moroccan spices. With the choice of available seating in the dining room or on the outdoor terrace and patio, you will certainly enjoy the taste of Mediterranean cuisine. Situated on the ground floor, the restaurant is located alongside the outdoor pool and has an extensive terrace offering excellent views and spectacular sunsets.
Hiroko Restaurant by Ginkgo at Mar Menor Resort
Offering an exquisite selection of dishes from across the Asian continent, the Hiroko restaurant by Ginkgo provides a luscious Oriental menu specialising in Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Indian cuisine. The Japanese section of the menu includes all varieties of Sushi and tempura. The Indian specialities are the varieties of bread, and the Chinese are the noodles and the glazed duck. Found on the ground floor of the Mar Menor InterContinental hotel, Hiroko is open from Thursday through to Saturday being accessed easily from the street.
Al Fresco Restaurant at Mar Menor Resort
Open daily from Easter to October, the Al Fresco restaurant is aptly named being situated next to the resort pool. Lunch is served with a casual menu of barbecue favorites offered whilst treats from the Mediterranean are served all day.
