Approximately 25 minutes from the Mar Menor Resort, Cartagena is one of the worlds most fascinating cities. The history of this little known town dates back more than 3000 years. Discover the Roman amphitheatre, Castillo de la Concepcion, and other Roman finds including La Casa de la Fortuna, a Roman townhouse. Apart from the historic features in Cartagena, modern shopping centres and amazing leisure facilities are also found within the magnificent town. The journey should take approximately 25 minutes to Cartagena.
Exit the Mar Menor Resort by turning right onto the F-28 for 0.6km
You will shortly come up to a junction, turn left at Ctra de los Alcazares / F-30 and continue to follow F-30 over a roundabout.
At the second roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the AP-7 ramp to La Manga / Cartagena.
After 8.7 km you will need to continue onto the CT-32 following signs for Cartagena.
6.9km later, Take the ramp onto the A-30, following it for 3.3km until you reach the town centre of Cartagena. |
