If any problems occur during your stay at the Mar Menor resort, in the first instance please report them to your on site management company. The details of the management company will be included within your final holiday confirmation pack that will be sent to you, no later than 2 weeks prior to your holiday. Any problems that do arise, the management company will be on site at Mar Menor resort, so most problems can be solved at ease and amended accordingly.
If for any reason in the event of a problem the managment company cannot rectify during your stay, then please address these issues with your comments to us on your return home, enabling us to investigate the matter further. |
