- Driving Directions from Alicante to Mar Menor Resort Spain
When you arrive at Alicante Airport and have your hire car, please make sure before you set off on your journey that you have spare change (Euros) readily available. If you do not have any change to hand, then you will also be able to use a bank card.
When leaving the airport, follow road-signs heading towards the AP7 motor-way marked Cartagena. Once joined, follow the A-7 / E-15 for 15 minutes.
The road will soon split into two and you will need to make sure you take exit 724 following the road off to the left. Look for road signs heading towards Torrevieja / Cartagena on the AP-7. This is a partial toll road so please make sure you have money to hand. Follow the AP-7 for 66km.
After approximately 35minutes you will be need to take the exit 790 signposted to Los Alcazares Centro / Torre Pacheco.
Once you have taken the exit you will immediately come up to a roundabout. Take the exit heading right to Torre Pacheco on the F-30.
While on this road you will come up to another roundabout. Please head straight on towards Torre Pacheco.
After 3km, turn right onto the F-28 for just over 500 meters. You will then come up towards the Mar Menor Resort on your left. Please turn left into the entrance and you will have arrived at Mar Menor Golf Resort.
- Driving Directions from Murcia to Mar Menor Resort Spain
Once you arrive at Murcia (San Javier) Airport, you will need to collect your hire car from the company you booked with. Once you have your hire car, please follow the detailed directions provided.
Start your short journey to Mar Menor Resort by heading south west from the airport. You will need to turn right as you will come up to a one way junction. Once you have turned right, take the immediate left and the next left again to follow the road out of the airport.
Carry on round to the right and you will approach a roundabout. Continue through this heading straight on. Once again you will come to another roundabout, continue straight on heading towards the AP-7 motorway.
When you reach the third roundabout, take the second exit (left) onto the slip road for the AP-7 heading towards Los Alcazares / Cartagena.
Once you have merged onto the AP-7 you will need to stay on here for 6km. After a few minutes, take the exit 790 towards Los Alcazares centro / Torre Pacheco.
For 3km carry on the road heading straight. Go through one roundabout, and turn right shortly afterwards onto the road, F-28.
Once on the F-28, carry on for 600 meters and you will arrive at the entrance to the Mar Menor Resort. Turn left and drive through the entrance, arriving safely at the resort.

- Golf Etiquette at Mar Menor Resort
All Polaris World Resorts within the Nicklaus Golf Trail abide by the same dress code. This is to make sure that travelling along the golf courses are as simple as possible., freely traveling along the Nicklaus Golf Trail without needing to change clothes.
Found below is the dress code information to follow whilst playing golf at Mar Menor and other Nicklaus Golf Trail courses.
You are allowed to wear polo shirts and shirts with a high neck. Please do not wear any t-shirts without sleeves or neck; football, rugby, or similar. Trousers and skirts must be designed to be worn whilst playing golf. Jeans and tracksuits are completely forbidden. Only long golf shorts are to be worn. The use of football, tennis, swimming shorts etc are strictly forbidden. Socks must be worn and only golf shoes with soft spikes are allowed on the green. No street, canvas, trainers or sandal type shoes are permitted. Trainers are only allowed to be worn on the driving range.

This course is for the more experience golfer, ideal for people with previous experience to be able to improve your already existing skills, tactics and sharpen your technique. Included within the course you will have the chance to play a round of golf for 9 holes (subject to availability). At the end of your advanced tuition program you will have the choice to lean those championship swing tactics to give you the best start to a round of golf.

Found on the first floor of the Mar Menor InterContinental Hotel is the gymnasium and fitness studio. Available 24 hours a day, you can train at your own time preferences. To enter the fitness centre simply use your room key card.
