The open kitchen prepares and serves delicious dishes of grilled baby squid with roast vegetable Escalibada, a typical Catalonian dish of thinly sliced and roasted vegetables and added chive oil. Nomad presents the most appetising braised lamb shank with steamed couscous and sweet Moroccan spices. With the choice of available seating in the dining room or on the outdoor terrace and patio, you will certainly enjoy the taste of Mediterranean cuisine.
