Used within this treatment, the volcanic basalt lava stones are rich in minerals from deep in the Earth and can be heated for deep body massages and intensive energy work. Holistic Back, Face and Scalp Massage with Hot Stones - Duration: 1 hour 50 minutes
An all embracing treatment at Mar Menor Spa, incorporating a fully intensive facial with acupressure, face and head massage. Deep cleansing back exfoliation is followed by a hot stone massage with aromatic oils to de-stress, stimulate and balance vital energy points throughout this treatment at Mar Menor Spa.

Chakra Balancing with Hot Stones - Duration: 1 hour 50 minutes
The body is massaged with Mar Menor ESPAs blended aromatherapy oils using carefull placed hot volcanic stones on the body. Gentle stretching helps to release deep-seated tension around the neck and shoulders. Critical tension points around the eyes and ears are massaged before an acupressure head massage is given to calm and soothe.

The Age Defyer - Duration: 1 hour 50 minutes
This treatment is suited for anyone who is concerned with minimising and protecting the skin from visible signs of ageing. The face, neck and decollete are cleansed and massaged with deep cleansing balm. The Mar Menor Spa provides special facial massage techniques for those delicate areas to effectively moisturise hydrate and protect. ESPA Ayurvedic Rituals
This Traditional sophisticated treatment is Ayurvedic inspired that consists of enjoying hot tri-doshic tea whilst treatment commences with a foot cleansing ritual. Followed shortly by the salt and oil body exfoliation to enhance circulation whilst cleansing the skin. Warm oils are then prepared individually being blended with ayurvedic herbal concentrates that are poured onto the body with hot or cold stones used for the dosha specific massage. Deep penetrating warm marine algae, mud or traditional oshadi clay is applied to the body, enhancing their effectiveness. Facial marma points are stimulated to help renew and revitalise the skin during the luxurious oriental head massage, as you inhale the therapeutic aromatic oils.
